This program strives to provide
the non-inspected migrants (illegal aliens) an opportunity to integrate
fully in society by providing them an education of the Laws.
This program was started
in January 2003 in the Washington, D.C. area by AMOLA Senior Research
Fellow Marco Rodriguez and by AMOLA President Antonio Maldonado.
