American Masters of Laws Association
is a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. and operating
globally that is dedicated to the following goals:
- Facilitating and supporting legal research
and education.
- Stimulating the involvement of the legal community,
government and others in the evolution of Law.
- Educating the legal community, industry, government
and institutions of higher education concerning the advances in
Law.
- Promoting education in Law.
- Providing a forum for the exchange of knowledge,
and to stimulate collaboration among organizations and individuals
in pursuit of knowledge in furtherance of the Law.
American Masters of Laws Association
is composed of members of the legal community. Its membership
consists primarily of attorneys from around the world that have obtained
or are in the process of obtaining their Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
This organization was formed on the 21st of March 2002.
American Masters of Laws Association
was determined by the Internal Revenue Service to be a tax exempt
organization as described in §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
as of May 1st, 2002. All donations made to AMOLA are tax deductible
for U.S. tax payers to the full extent allowed by law. Learn about

Within the international scope of the
organization, AMOLA is currently represented in various countries
around the world.
The Association's current Board of Trustees
has elected Mr. Christian Mancebo, LL.M. as incoming president of
AMOLA for 2004-2005.
